Overall it went well. Pros: The driver was professional and worked quickly on both ends. I didn't hear of any issues on the pick up side even though the woman at the house doesn't speak the best English. The driver called me when he was just a couple hours away to arrange drop off time. Overall he was prompt, professional, and did his job well. Cons: It was difficult to get in touch with the driver on my side when I tried to verify ahead of time that a certified check was ok instead of cash (I didn't feel comfortable carrying so much cash). There was a mix up on dates on my side. When I spoke with you and your associate on Friday, I thought I agreed to a Sunday pickup and Tuesday drop off. But I signed for a Saturday pickup and Monday drop off. It's my bad not catching the date difference in the contract. Thankfully people were available on both ends and it worked out. The car is here and I'm excited to get to work doing all the cosmetic restoration to turn it back into a beautiful car.”
