unbiased review: I ended up shipping my cars from virginia to california. the beginning process was nice. Caravan helped me find a company to ship. on the day i was supposed to ship my cars originally, i had car issues and contacted amerifreight and Caravan was out of the office that day. Management said they’d cancel/reschedule my order which didn’t end up happening and I had to call the shipping company to reschedule my date and give amerifreight an update on my own. Amerifrieght is mostly good for just finding a company to work with but after that the communication was not there. I feel like the broker fee was a bit high to just find a company to work with and no communication other than asking if i can leave a review. the days of shipment i didn't receive any calls from amerifreight to make sure it went smoothly or any other communication other than when i confirmed new ship date and a day after my final car arrived. Nice company but i would try to find a shipping company on my own next time!
