I purchased a vehicle in Tempe, AZ and needed it transported to my home in Alabama. I called AmeriFreight and spoke with their representative Sydni Anglin. From the outset Sydni was courteous, helpful and efficient, all the while demonstrating excellent knowledge of her job. She found a transporter in the Tempe area who was available in one hour! I accepted the quote and authorized pick-up, and my vehicle was on the way to me on Friday evening, April 8, in just a few hours after I had called. I had been told to expect arrival by Monday 4/11 or Tuesday 4/12. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call inquiring if I could accept delivery on Sunday evening. I was unable to do so, and delivery was scheduled for 8:00 am Monday. The delivery truck arrived at 8:00 am sharp Monday. The driver was very courteous and efficient, and had the vehicle off the truck in short order. To sum up, I have had an excellent experience with AmeriFreight from start to finish, and would not hesitate to recommend their services or to use them again. Five stars!
