AmeriFreight provided excellent customer service. I was able to get prompt reply from them either by phone or by email. Sometimes I was not able to get a hold of my contact by phone right away, but their customer service team always called me back after I left a message. They explained in advise how does it work and how long the process takes. The time line of taking the order, dispatch the vehicle and vehicle pick up were on schedule except for one day delay on the delivery. The driver show up on time for pick up was really a great help. We didn't have to waste our time whole day waiting for him to show up. My car arrived in a really good condition.

One good thing about AmeriFreight is that they will email you a copy of the dispatch sheet which they sent to the carrier so you know the terms between AmeriFreight and the carrier. They specifically required driver to deliver a clean vehicle so the customer can inspect the vehicle upon its arrival. And they required carrier the vehicle must be washed before delivery. Even though AmeriFreight provided the lowest priced rate among 11 brokers, but they gave wonderful service.
