Everyone I communicated with through AmeriFreight was very kind. I first spoke with Brandy, who was amazing, and I finished everything off Reginald, who worked with me throughout the duration of the process. Reginald stayed on top of everything and had answers for every question I had. He worked with me to make sure the things I wanted were accommodated. Definitely a positive experience overall! Even the driver was super upbeat. They all definitely made an experience that I thought would be stressful an extremely smooth one. Couldn’t have picked a better company to go through.
