Suzy went out of her way to take time to explain the process of consumer auto shipping in today’s frustrating market. She personally took interest in ensuring my needs were met, even following up throughout the process. (Not taking the broker fee and disappearing.) I especially appreciated the initiative she took when I had difficulty reaching the carrier to schedule pickup. Dale, the carrier company’s driver, was extremely professional, courteous, and communicative. I definitely will recommend Suzy and Dale in the future! Thanks you two!
