I had never used a car transport service before so took my time exploring website and inquiring about price estimates and service. Brandy DeJesus at AmeriFreight quickly became my go to person for questions and accurate answers. Because of her I chose AmeriFreight. She provided timely information corcerniing all aspects of my car transport: Payment terms, tips about photos for inspections, claims handling, contact numbers for the selected transport carrier, etc. The carrier she provided was easy to deal with and kept both pick up and delivery time promises. There were no issues requiring a claim. All went very well. Brandy then followed up with me to insure that all was in order. I consider quality of service to be essential. Brandy provided all I could ask for. I'll use AmeriFreight again and pass on my thoughts to others.
