I needed to ship a car from Virginia to Colorado. I got lucky and chose AmeriFreight over the other companies I found online and considered.
I got lucky a second time when AmeriFreight assigned me to Lecia. Lecia was perfect, She patiently explained every step of the process, answered the phone every time(6 days/week), and addressed every question/issue in a pleasant manner. I never felt like I was being a bother to her.
I got lucky a third time when Lecia assigned my job to Eugene. Eugene showed up exactly on time for the pickup. His equipment was completely clean and quite new, both the tractor and the trailer. Everything worked perfectly. Eugene delivered the car two days early. he communicated frequently regarding the delivery date/time. Delivery was perfect--my car was in great shape.
