My experience with Amerifreight was a little rocky at first due to a communication problem with an employee but Baylee was able to turn that around completely for me. Once she became my go to person at amerifreight my process was smooth sailing. She got me set up with the carrier and kept great communication before pickup, during transport and after drop off. She’s the reason I chose to stay with amerifreight because any problem I had she solved it within minutes and I know that the trucking business is very busy so to make me a priority really meant everything to me. Best customer service I’ve received in a while. Thanks so much Baylee!
