Great customer service rep Katie. Answered all my questions and responded promptly. Pickup and drop off dates were as quoted.
One concern - The companies online price quote was lower than everybody else’s quotes. By $700. When the bid came in to ship my vehicle the price was what ever other carrier was charging. I has disappointed that the shipping price was so much higher than the quote.
