Pros - Rosie was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, reassuring and very easy to reach throughout the process. Car arrived without damage.
Cons - prices were a few $100 higher than original quote. Requires some flexibility in dates - car was both picked up and dropped off 2 days later than original date estimate
