It was very difficult to get my contact person on the phone. She rarley ever returned my phone calls even after several messages. The company my car was dispatched to (AMG Transport) was extremely unorginized and seemed clueless to the process. I asked Amerifreight to switch me to another company and they had no record of the $185 deposit I sent them and tried to charge me an additional $100. I had to talk to a few differnet people none of whom knew what as going on. Since I was on a strict timeline this was very frustrating. If you need things done on a certain timeline they might not be the ones for you.
