The agents at AmeriFreight are very knowledgeable and informative in educating the customer about the whole transportation process right from quote request to the delivery of the vehicle. The quote from AmeriFreight was the best among the ones I have received from other transporters (carriers and brokers).

I spoke to Raechel from AmeriFreight on Saturday, Aug. 1st, 2009 to place the order and asked all the questions I had regarding the insurance for the transportation of my vehicle, possible different plans to ship the vehicle, estimated pickUp and delivery schedules. She explained the whole process clearly to address all my questions and concerns.

I got call from the dispatcher on the same day in the evening saying that they found a carrier to move my vehicle. Once I confirmed the acceptance they gave me the Carrier (D.R. Auto Carrier) contact details to contact them. I received call from the Carrier management before I called them and they have scheduled the pickUp time and gave me the truck driver contact details...

They followed the timelines right from the pickUp to the delivery with prompt calls 24hrs in advance before and pickUp and delivery of the vehicle...

Even the carrier and truck driver are very professional in their business as they've brought my car with out any damage right in front of my apartment...

I would definitely use and recommend AmeriFreight and their carriers service in future...
