Where do I begin.. Brandy is an absolute ROCK STAR?????????? Amerifreight was beyond expectations and hopes. I was apprehensive for a number of reasons. My location isn’t very convenient, and finding a driver wasn’t easy. Brandi went so far above and beyond the scope of what Amerifreight is contracted to do, i can’t thank her enough!! The driving company altered the price and Brandi was my advocate so much so that when the delivery company would not honor the initially accepted offer, she and Amerifreight ate the difference at a sacrifice of $100.00 from their end. More importantly Brandi gave me her direct line for any follow up concerns and assured me success was eminent. The equally pleasing aspect of dealing with Amerifreight and it’s reps, my car is NOTHING fancy (2000 Toyota Camry), but the reps from Amerifreight treated me and my need (2,400 miles Ca. to Northern Mi ) with the dignity one would expect from a vehicle of far greater opulence. Expectations met, EXCEEDED and my car arrived a day earlier than expected. Most importantly my peace of mind was given every accord in Brandi’s efforts. Five stars seems not nearly enough of an accolade for all I put them through. Greatly appreciative for ALL Amerifreight and ??brandi??did for me. Thank you so much!!!
