I was referred to Kallie by a colleague who had used Amerifreight's services. She promptly replied to all of my questions and arranged for my car to be transported from CA to PA. This was my first time using a carrier and I was surprised on a few things out of her control (like the carrier asked me to go out 10 miles to meet the truck, on both ends!) but everything I brought to her attention she assisted immediately and was extremely professional. Very much appreciate her assistance through this process.
