I used Amerifreight because my friends have hard it to ship their car. I had Robyn working with me, and Robyn was pretty responsive and made sure I had everything I needed to know. The only thing I didn’t like about Amerifreight was that their original quote was much lower than what I ended up paying. I paid 40% more than what I was supposed to because that was apparently what all the drivers were bidding. Obviously at that point, I felt like I just had to go with it but it was a disappointment since a large part of the reason I chose Amerifreight was the price point.
Other than the price though, my overall experience was pretty good and I am happy with the service I received and the responsiveness.
