Selecting this company is a very good choice, please read on so you can feel confident in this company. I am writing this review because when I was first looking to have my car transported, I had no idea which company to call. I was concerned that the car wouldn't get picked up and/or delivered in the timeframe that was agreed on. I prayed that I would select the right company to transport the car without any problems and for a reasonable amount of money. I went through the internet and selected a group of companies and then read through all their reviews, which were helpful. I learned that whichever company I select on the internet is the broker and they then call a transporter (called the carrier) that will actually pick up and deliver the car. However, AmeriFreight remained involved and made sure everything went smoothly. (like a Guardian Angel)
I select this company after doing my research and I couldn't be more pleased. Their professionalism, accountability, promptness as well as their friendly & helpful manner this was handled from my first phone call to inquire information to actually receiving my car was a blessing! I spoke with Jonathan (the broker's representative) who helped me through the entire process. My actual carrier/transporter's name was Paul, he was also professional and helpful. He personally picked up and delivered the car.
This company, AmeriFreight, (the broker) was selected to transport my car was like having a close relative hand select the best possible transporter for me. That was how wonderful my experience was with this company as well as the company (the carrier) they selected to actually transport the car! My car was transported from Laguna Beach, Calif to Long Island, NY without even one problem in the 10 days I was told it would take! The first quote was for $930.00 but I needed it picked up within 2 days. So, the price was $1225.00 (before discount) which was well worth it. This company also offers a discount for people involved in emergency services, which I thought was great since I volunteer with my local fire department.
Both Jonathan (the broker) and Paul (the carrier)were very helpful and helped me to feel confident that I made an excellent choice. I highly recommend this company to anyone and I'd use this company again without a doubt! The car was picked up and delivered safely and promptly. I now feel as though I have honest and dependable people I can confidently recommend and call again should I ever need a car transported again. THIS IS A DEPENDABLE AND REASONABLE COMPANY!
