Good Just Don’t Use Freight W Drivers

The process was smooth (mainly coordinating with Amerifreight) except for when the drivers had to drop my vehicle at the destination. I shipped to elderly family who needed a vehicle. The drivers contacted said family to let them know they would be late at least once an hour until delivery. Not an issue until they reached my family and seemed to be in a bad mood when they got there. They could barely get the vehicle out of the trailer so my uncle helped despite physical limitations. Once the vehicle was out of the trailer the drivers were trying to just leave the car in the middle of the street in front of the house. Even though they were initially asked to leave in the driveway they were still trying to leave in the street so finally they moved it but left it half in the driveway, half in the street instead. The experience overall was ok (I’ve used before in the past with better experience with driver) - if I used again I’d just make sure Freight W drivers weren’t being sent.
