I evaluated six Brokers to coordinate transport of my automobile from CA to NE, AmeriFreight was the clear winner. Criteria included; customer direct phone access to agent/staff, accurate estimate of cost, low cost, and safe & insured transport. I requested quotes from Broker websites to compare services and costs. Of the six, only one actual person called, Christine Davis from AmeriFreight, others were voice recordings. Christine was my single contact throughout the shipping process, who thoroughly answered questions, gave guidance to completing forms, executed urgency in coordinating the Carrier bid, and was friendly. Christine contacted me with multiple methods (phone, email) and multiple attempts, notifying me of a prospective Carrier to transport my vehicle, and my decision to accept bid offer. I was at easy with the entire process knowing Christine was my single POC.
