I sent a car from Dana Point, California to Bluffton, South Carolina. I submitted a request online and was linked up with Rosalina Cook, who I worked directly with the entire process. From the very beginning I was able to speak on the phone with Rosalina, and she helped me understand my options and even change the pick-up and drop-off location a couple of times to see what made the most sense for my situation. She was very communicative, friendly, and never seemed annoyed with the many changes I had requested. The pricing was made transparent from the beginning and my original quote is exactly what I paid. I was able to secure transportation for my car pretty quickly and I was satisfied the entire process.
