Overall, service was good and bad and price was great. For the value, I would probably use again but do have hesitations. I did have a relatively tight turn around time. The pick-up was scheduled to occur within 5 days (the fifth day) of the day I booked the transport for. The driver was 2 days late, reporting a broken tire, etc. The company that won the bid for transport was AMG out of Chicago. The driver was behind schedule; the vehicle was picked up Wednesday night and literally available for pickup Friday morning. The driver was quite frazzled because he was behind schedule, repeatedly requested check over money order and worst of all lost my key in the process. As some kind of consolation, he mentioned that this has happened to him before, that the key "disappeared." So, was 2 days behind schedule (accidents happen?), picked up the vehicle finally, LOST my key! and was not that apologetic (... perhaps carelessness along with accidents), but vehicle arrived safely 2 days later. So, good and bad and great price.
