The only reason why I am giving this a 5 star reviews was because of the very helpful agent, Carovanzieus that helped me throughout the process.
I had a terrible experience with the driver of the towing company that was assigned to pick up my car, extremely unprofessional and had no respect with people’s time. I know this is not Amerifreight’s fault because they also rely on these people to treat their customers right and deliver on the day they promised or at least call if they’re not going to make it.
Carovan kept checking the status to make sure that the car was delivered safely.
I would definitely recommended Amerifreight to people that needs their vehicle shipped, however, when you talk your agent, make sure to request to assign a professional, reliable and trusted Towing Company to tow your vehicle to avoid any stress.
Ask for Carovan! She’s wonderful and she cares about her clients.
