The company never called to let us know what is going on and last, I called the manager and she finally helped us. Until then, even we called and called they never even called us back! We had to put $100 more to actually get things moving... The vehecle was picked up month after the first pick up date and they told us that he car will be here on Sunday, however, we waited and waited but no call from driver. We called the company but no answer. Finally the driver called at 9pm saying they will be here shortly. I just couldnt believe they didnt even called ahead to tell us the estimated deliver time. The manager was really nice but just not very satisfy with the company service sorry.
