Just the thought of having to move a car from California to Massachusetts initially felt like a daunting task. I began by reaching out to a variety of brokers to listen to their procedures, charges, etc. But I really wasn’t comfortable with any of them. Finally I contacted AMERIFRIEGHT and was fortunate enough to have Carovan answer the phone. After a few seconds to make sure I was hearing her unusual name correctly we got right down to business. Carovan was very thorough in her presentation of how she would handle the process and promised to keep me updated with any and all of the offers that she received from truckers. I made clear to her that bottom line cost was very important to me due to my budget. When an offer came in that exceeded my budget she did her best to try to negotiate a lower price for me. There was also a time when I tried to contact her on a day that she was not working. She could have very easily ignored my call but instead she called me back on her day off to tried to help me. In my opinion that’s the sign of a good employee. I firmly believe that AMERIFRIEGHT is fortunate to have Carovan as an employee. Best of luck to you Carovan. Mike
