Rosie was very helpful with my somewhat complicated situation, having a vehicle moved in Virginia while I live in California dealing with a predictably confrontation person at the pick up property. But everything went smooth! Vehicle was picked up the day requested and dropped off the next day as requested. Great communication all around.
