If I could give a 6 stars out of 5 then I would! Excellent customer service, responsive and provided continuity and updates throughout the process. The representative serviced my shipment from pickup to delivery. She sourced two bids for my requirement and called me to discuss the timelines versus cost and was neutral and unbiased during the conversation and my selection. Absolutely would use AmeriFreight again!
