When I first contacted AmeriFreight I was put in contact with Robyn. She was professional and helpful from start to finish. If all the employees are like her it must be a well-run company.
I also want to mention Vald who picked up the car to start the actual shipment of our car to another state. He was thoughtful, professional, and extremely efficient. Our car was loaded and ready for transport almost before we were ready to head back home.
The receiving end went well, too, for the most part. Mike, the driver, delivered our car to its destination safely and efficiently. If there was any downside to my whole experience it was that the car was delivered too early by a few days. But I got that worked out just fine.
