This was the first time my wife and I used a car shipping company and Amerifreight was the first company to call when we were getting an estimate on their website. We had some follow up questions regarding the process but it was hard to reach the company after we made initial contact. Luckily the driver that drove our cars was great and kept us updated when he was driving. Would definitely recommend but just try to get all your questions answered first as you may not be able to easily reach them later. We had multiple people call us from different states during the process so that was a bit confusing as well
