1ST TIME TRANSPORT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!
1st time buying a vehicle online. Needed an auto transport, did all the research I thought I could online about it. Called AmeriFrieght and was connected with Ryan. We spoke for about 30 mins, he answered all my questions, reassured me about what the process was and how it worked. Before I talked to him I was slammed by phone calls and texts and emails offering transport service. But Ryan felt like he was on our side, we felt comfortable working with him. He was able to get a transport within a day, and it was an enclosed transport. The truck was picked up only hours after making deal with Ryan. The truck got here in great shape, no problems with the transport at all. I even had a “Karen” moment, and Ryan was so patient with us…and walked us through the entire process again. We never felt like a burden or an annoyance to him, and we asked the same questions over and over and over. I would absolutely recommend this company and this guy to help! If and when we ever need to transport another vehicle, we already know where and who we are going with.
