The process was simple enough and was way better than driving across the country. Pick up and delivery was easy. I think the biggest room for improvement I see was the quoting process. The initial quoting process was quick, however when the final quote came a few days later, the total price was 40% higher than the initial quote which was a surprise. It was unclear at the initial quote that the cost was strictly for the car shipment, and did not include the broker fee. So to be hit with an unexpected multi-hundred dollar fee didn't sit right. Overall, I would recommend the service but more transparency in the quoting stage would be much appreciated.
