They were always in contact, AmeriFreight and the carrier. The first company they got to ship my car ended up getting delayed so they called to tell me the situation and that they had found a new carrier. Pickup and drop off times were accurate. I was also fortunate enough to get an enclosed carrier.
The only problem I had was that the pickup date was about a week after I called in the order, but that's the luck of the draw. I can't expect there to be trucks heading where I needed to go daily.
Not that this was really a problem, but my car was kind of dirty when I got it, but it had been raining on the day of pickup so I wouldn't be surprised if some dirt stuck to it. Nothing that couldn't be hosed off though, so no dings or scratches.
Not really much else to say except that I would use AmeriFreight again and recommend to friends.
