I had my Mini Cooper transported from California to Tennesse by Ameri-Freight and their contracted carriers, which was a fairly straight forward transaction. I transported a vehicle 7 years back from Washington D.C. to California and remembered it to be a hair-pulling stressful ordeal.

Price- Very competive, but after actually booking the transport they had several rebates and discounts that made the price a good deal among comparable carriers. This was a big plus!!!!
While pricing, avg qoute was $850-$1000. After all that was said and done, total cost $810, good deal.

Reliability- I did have some miscommunication about pricing initially buy my contact person Jon O. was pretty quick to respond to questions and resolved it quickly. Pick up time was accurate, I expected the trip to take roughly a week or so, and it arrived at day 10, really no surprise and that was not an issue.

The only concern was that he came almost at 10pm, and I had to meet him at a place they could drive their transporter( mall), it all worked out because I had a friend drive and wait with me, but for a female to meet late night handing over cash in a isolated place, probably not the most ideal scenario to be in. Having said that it was certainly a professional interaction and I was happy to see my car without damage and to be seeming running in great condition.

Bottom line, good price, reliable support and communication with professional service. I give my full support and wil recommend this to my colleague and friends for the quality of customer service. Thank you.
