A vehicle was shipped to me from Texas to Pennsylvania. I was given an estimated delivery date of 4 days and was told the delivery day I would be contacted to let me know a time frame and location to expect the vehicle. I spoke to the dispatcher of the hauling company on the 3rd day to confirm delivery the next day and a location where we could meet for me to pick up the vehicle. I live in a tiny community with tight and windy roads the driver was concerned his truck and trailer which was a 2-tier would be unable to fit or be able to get out easily at my location. We discussed several options close to my home and decided on a large strip mall parking lot near my house. On the day of delivery, I was told an estimated time of 12-4, but around mid-day, I was updated it would be closer to 6 pm, but no later. I was contacted at 5:35 pm that the driver was close, but had to switch locations that was closer to my home than the 1st one I chose. The dispatcher made sure to text me the address so there would be no confusion. As I arrived at the location, my vehicle was unloaded off the truck and ready to go. I made sure to do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and the driver allowed me to take as much time as I needed. The remainder of the balance was paid and the transaction was complete. The process on my end from start to finish was very well communicated and smooth. Very pleased.
