Gina did a great job explaining how the industry comes up with pricing and how the carriers bid on the service. She was up front and honest about how the process of pricing, bidding, and picking a carrier would work. She followed up with me as the bidding process proceeded. Once a carrier bid on the job, I was contacted immediately and accepted the bid. Very surprising to me, the carrier picked up the truck the next day and was delivered within 48 hours to my son. The carrier was excellent. The carrier was professional and did an excellent job.
