Katie was exceptionally amazing! Throughout our probably 1 month ordeal trying to get my vehicle to get shipped she stuck by me 100%. Always flexible in shipping dates and trying to find me the best deal. In the end, my car finally started and was picked up and dropped off in under 36 hours.
