My representative, Michelle Wood, was always very courteous and helpful. The driver, Daniel, also very courteous and kept in touch with delivery updates and put air in my tires upon delivery ant my request.Only damage was a broken antenna which the company agreed to replace. My only disappointment was the total cost. Though I understand my delivery was the longest in miles, I was hoping that the rate could have been reduced since there at least two other cars that were shipped to California. However, I would recommend and use the company again.
