Jennifer spent time clearly explaining the process and role of the broker. She kept in touch and was easy to reach for questions and troubleshooting, even on the weekends. The cost was about what we expected. Unfortunately, AmeriFreight has limited control once the trucker is chosen and our trucker kept gaslighting us about the pickup. They arrived in the dark almost 72 hours after the appointed pickup date.while we waited around the house. We had to rent a car in Florida and missed several appointments. Our experience with Jennifer was excellent but the overall experience was stressful and aggravating
