I used this company because my relatives used them before, so although their quote was pricier than the average, I decided to use them. On the 10th day since my first available pick up date, they finally found me a carrier. They dispatched my order to Fast and Furious Trans co., the most irresponsible company i have ever seen. They promised to pick up my car on Sep 6, my phone didn't even ring. I started calling on Sep 8. They didn't listen to my phone calls, didn't responds to voicemails. I called them million times and at the end i just sucessfully made their voicemail box full. It got to the point that I thought Amerifreight must have faked a company for me. I e-mailed and called Jonathan, he didn't response either. I've finally found him and he promised to call me half an hour later. He never did.I called him back and he didn't even know why i was calling him (apparently he didn't read my email, didn't listen to my voicemail). I frightened to dispute my deposit and so finally he helped me to reach the Fast and Furious Trans co. Jonathan did call to apologize later, but just because I was furious. The Fast and Furious Trans co, They never apologizes for their mistakes, never call to update my car shipment. They made false promises on my delivery date. And all the sudden, they said "Oh our other customer didn't show up ....so we delayed.... It's not fault..." And on the actual date that I can finally pick up the my car, the carrier driver said he couldn't find the place I want him to meet me at. So I told him to find a parking closest to the exit that he already got out of...and i will be going to meet him there....and so I asked my frd to drive there, and the freaking driver just doesn't answer my phone. My frd and I were wandering and looking for a carrier for literally an hour...then that freaking driver finally called me back and said that he went to pick up someone else's car... My conclusion is....even if i need move to another continent, or even move to another planet, i will drive my car there. People there just don't care about you, they just want to make money out of you.
