Katie was very thorough and helpful through the whole process. She took the time to make sure that we got the best rate and stayed in very good contact with us the whole time. She was very respectful and I would 100% work with her again. I also spoke with Jen and I don’t remember his first name, but his last name is Davis. When Katie was off for her weekend they both communicated very well with me and were very helpful. I’m appreciative to everyone I worked with on this. A very stressful situation was relieved off my shoulders with a very good team at AmeriFreight.
