We also want to address your concerns about pricing—our Economy quotes provide a starting rate, allowing customers to accept or wait for carrier offers that best align with their budget. While we understand this can sometimes be frustrating, the choice to accept a carrier’s rate is always up to the customer. We apologize for any confusion about the delivery date, but our agent did not confirm a specific date without coordination, as all timing is dependent on carrier schedules.
