First time user of the service and would use again but with more planning. Had a few problems in the beginning with the pick up date, but things were solved and the car got to the destination when we needed it to be. There was no damage to the vehicle. The pickup went smoothly and drop off was smooth as well. had to pay cash at the drop off, and didnt know that was the case. I would recommend letting people know a head of time of that. The people i talked to over the phone were patient and helpful even through the problems we had in the beginning in the miscommunication of pick up and drop off.
