I received my quote through email more than a month before I needed my car to be moved from CA to GA. Although there were some discrepancies between the website and the quote (including deposit amounts), I called AmeriFreight and was able to confirm the correct amounts. Apparently, their terms were going through some changes around that time.

I wanted my car to be picked up around a specific date, but I decided just to try the Economy Saver Rate because I was on a tight budget. The carrier called me and told me that they were going to pick up my car on September 7, which was the first date that my car would be available. However, they were easily able to change the date to accommodate my schedule better.

My car was picked up on Thursday, September 10, which is the exact date I wanted it to be picked up. The man who picked up my car was very thorough about checking for scratches and dents. On Friday, September 18, I received a call from the carrier that my car was being delivered to me that day.

Although my car arrived very dirty (the carrier didn't fulfill its obligation to wash off the car, per agreement with AmeriFreight), it arrived in pretty much the same condition as it was in when it was picked up.

Overall, I was happy with my experience with AmeriFreight and would use this service again.
