We are saddened anytime a customer is not completely satisfied with the service they recieve. Our goal is to offer excellent service and we expect that of our carriers as well. Whenever a carrier does not perform to our standards, they are removed from our Preferred Carrier List. We were sorry to hear that this customer's vehicle incurred damage during transit. As with every auto shipping company, damage is covered by the carrier's insurance as long as the damage is noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery. It does happen sometimes that damage is not noticed until post-delivery...this is why AmeriFreight offers the AFTA plan. This is our AmeriFreight Total Assurance plan. This is an extra assurance you can purchase to cover incidents such as these.
