We have had an opportunity to speak with the customer and have apologized for the lack of the communication. If a customer is ever unable to reach the carrier, our office will do everything we can to assist in the situation. All carriers that do not offer excellent service have their Preferred status with us re-evaluated. And just as the customer said, if you have any time constraints, we recommend the Priority or Select rate. At the Economy rate, the customer must be prepared to accomodate the carrier's schedule. The Economy is ideal for those who have a flexible time window and want to get the most competitive rate.
