I was somewhat disappointed with the communication; several phone calls and emails were not returned by my agent. After I asked to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor told to go through her for all future contact and there was no problem after this. My 5 day basic rate was not met so I had to upgrade to the priority status. At the priority level my car was dispatched on time and arrived on time. Right Way Auto Transport was the carrier assigned to me. Julian was the owner and the driver. He was great!!! He worked around my work schedule when my car arrived; and followed me to my house with my new car and I gave him a ride back to his truck. I was very pleased with the service I received from Right Way Auto Transport. I would definitely recommend Julian to anyone! I would use Amerifreight again but would go in with the knowledge that I would probably have to upgrade to priority price.
