Price: Competitive but ended up receiving several qualifying discounts for a lower price compared to comparable competitors.
Service: Picked up vehicle as promised, on the contract it said it would be delivered in four days, which I knew was not going to happen and the driver told me it would be between 7/10 days which was accurate.
Condition: The car had no dents or nicks, of course it got dirty from being in the open transporter, no unexpected surprises.
Customer Service: AmeriFreight did an excellent job in answering questions throughout the move that I felt comfortable the whole time.
The only problem that arose was the driver called me at 930pm and said we had to meet elsewhere to drop off because it was easier to drive the truck in an open parking lot. It all worked out because I had a guy friend come along, but by the time the driver got there it was 1030pm. Being a female alone in the middle of the night picking up a car in an empty parking lot would not be such an ideal environment. But everything worked out and the service as great.
