It took a week getting the vehicle finally picked up, but I wasn't in any rush at all. If your in a time crunch, just pay extra to have a guaranteed pick up date. The girls at Ameritrade kept me posted step by step and were great to deal with. Even the truck driver was a nice guy when I met him. Overall this is a great company to deal with. I'd recommend them to everyone.
