My car was picked up later than I expected. I was told the process would take 7-10 days; however was not told that it would take a week for the carrier to even come get my car. I had to contact customer service a few times before I received clear answers on exactly how my car was going to be transferred from coast to coast. I received an email after calling my sales representative that explained who the carrier was and listed all of his information. The carrier was excellent despite the dirtiness of the car when I received it. All and all the process took over two weeks; however, I got my car in once piece with no damage to it. So I suppose the shipment was a success.

The customer shipped at the Economy rate, which is an estimated pickup window. Most ship within 5 business days, some orders can take longer. If you are working with any time constraints, we strongly recommend our Priority rate which offers a guaranteed 2 business day pickup window.
