Im a little more forgiving now that I already have my vehicle and it is in the same state before and after delivery. But their website says 80% of customers get their vehicles shipped within 5 days. Mine took over a month. I was on the borderline edge of getting a refund. After 5 days it wasn't a big deal. After 10 I was still ok. then 20 days, that's quadruple the amount of time they said it would take to get my vehicle shipped! I figured since ive waited this long might as well ride it out untill finally it was shipped 30+ days later. The people are nice but their website is false. Even if I don't fall under the 80% category of people that get their vehicle shipped in 5 days its no excuse for 6 times that amount! I would only suggest Amerifreight if you can wait 1 or more months to get your vehicle or if you have the extra cash to buy the guaranteed shipment. Even now its hard for me to believe it took 30+ days when 80% get theirs shipped within 5, I really question if thats true. All in all my only complaint is how long it took. The customer service though was nice. I've also probly disqualified myself out of a rebate for reviewing them below average but I cant find it in myself to rate an excellent.

The customer shipped at the Economy rate. The Economy rate offers an estimated time window and is designed for those who do not have any time constraints. As the customer said, 80% of Economy orders move within 5 business days. Occasionally, particular routes can take longer to secure a carrier...depending on demand of vehicles going that route. If we have not moved your vehicle within 15 business days, the customer can upgrade to Priority (for the guarnateed pickup) or cancel with a full refund. All customers that notify our office and let us know the reason for the less than excellent review are qualified for the rebate.
