From the first contact with AmeriFreight the staff seemed very knowledgeable and polite. Not to mention that the rates were very competitive. From the time the car was promised transport to the time it was picked up and delivered, the staff was helpful with any questions that I had regarding the whole process. The transport driver was in touch with us and pick up was on time as promised. The driver seemed very knowledgeable about the collector car we were shipping and had patience and he was very careful with the loading of the car. The car we were shipping was a custom 1969 Mustang Mach I which was shipped in an enclosed trailer in order to protect the car from the elements. The loading from start to finish took almost 2 hours because the driver was taking all precautions to be sure the car did not sustain any damage. The AmeriFreight staff was in constant contact with us by telephone keeping us in the loop. The car arrived at its destination in California on time, if not earlier than promised, and with no damage, maybe only a little dust. The person at the receiving end assured us the car was unloaded carefully and the driver was very courteous. All in all, we at the shipping end and on the receiving end were very satisfied with the overall shipment and the price that was quoted. I think we would use AmerFreight again if the need arised.
